  • The scenic views just outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico is where the 300+ acre land development of Rancho Verde is located. Sedillo 500 was looking to enhance their brand to sell off the remaining 2 of the 4 phases in the development.

  • There was a need for market research, new branding, full print advertising campaign, website, Brochure, Direct Mail campaign, and outdoor signage along route 66. The goal for Rancho Verde was to create all pieces to sell properties and attract the younger and more active crowd that the hills and views just outside of Albuquerque have to offer. All pieces were a success and the client was very pleased with the overall result of the services provided.
